Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Puzzlegram, LLCfor use of Puzzlegram and puzzlegram.app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Puzzlegram. You may use Puzzlegram only where lawful and only under these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and activity that occurs through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your photos and content

You are responsible for photos and other content you upload or share. You must own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share it through Puzzlegram.

You keep ownership of your photos and puzzles. You grant Puzzlegram a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate the app, create puzzles, provide sharing, support safety, and comply with law.

Sharing

Sharing a puzzle gives the recipient access to the shared puzzle while the share is active. Sharing does not transfer ownership of the underlying photo or grant recipients permission to reuse it outside the service.

Prohibited conduct

You may not upload or share illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, malware, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights. You may not reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, interfere with the service, scrape non-public systems, or misuse reports and support channels.

Purchases

If Puzzlegram offers paid features, purchases are handled by the applicable platform store. Store terms apply to billing and refunds. Puzzlegram will not use fake urgency, fake scarcity, or pay-to-win mechanics.

Service changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features. If a change materially affects your account-backed content, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

Termination

You may stop using Puzzlegram at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create safety risk, or if required by law.

No warranty

Puzzlegram is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzlegram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Oregon have jurisdiction for disputes unless applicable law requires a different forum.
