Puzzlegram Content Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-10
1. The rule
Upload only photos you have the right to upload, that everyone shown has agreed to, and that are safe for the people you share them with. You are responsible and legally liable for what you upload.
2. Prohibited content
The following may never be uploaded or shared, in any form:
- Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors. Zero tolerance. Detected content is removed, the account terminated, and the content and account information reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or other appropriate authorities, as required by law.
- Illegal content of any other kind under applicable law.
- Non-consensual imagery — photos of identifiable people who have not consented (or whose parent/guardian has not consented, for minors), including intimate imagery shared without consent.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Content depicting or inciting violence, gore, or cruelty, including animal cruelty.
- Hateful content attacking people based on protected characteristics.
- Content infringing others' rights — copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights you do not hold or have permission to use.
- Content intended to harass, threaten, defraud, or endanger any person.
3. How enforcement works
- Every uploaded photo passes automated safety scanning. Flagged content may be held from distribution and reviewed by humans.
- Violations result in content removal and, depending on severity, warning, suspension, or permanent termination. Category 1 results in immediate termination and mandatory reporting — no warnings.
- Recipients can report any shared content from within the app. Reports are reviewed.
- We may remove any content or restrict any account at our discretion to keep the Service safe.
4. Liability sits with the uploader
By uploading, you represent that you have all necessary rights and consents, and you accept full legal responsibility for the content. You agree to indemnify Puzzlegram for claims arising from your uploads, per the Terms of Service.
5. Appeals
If you believe content was removed or an account restricted in error, contact support@puzzlegram.app. Category 1 determinations that have been reported to authorities are not subject to appeal through us.
