Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzlegram, LLC collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use Puzzlegram or visit puzzlegram.app.

Information we collect

Account information may include your email address, login identifier, display name, and policy acceptance records. Puzzle data may include puzzles you create, puzzle settings, solve progress, scores, and share metadata.

Photos are collected only when you choose to use them in the app or share a puzzle. Shared puzzle records may include the uploaded image, prepared puzzle artifact, sender information, recipient-facing metadata, expiration, revocation state, and moderation status.

We collect basic technical information needed to operate the service, including app version, operating system, device type, language, timezone, and diagnostic information.

How we use information

We use information to run the app, create puzzles, deliver shared puzzles, maintain accounts, provide support, process deletion and export requests, prevent abuse, moderate shared content, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use player photos to train machine-learning models. Puzzlegram does not run ads in v1.0 and does not use information for ad personalization.

Service providers

We use service providers to host data, authenticate accounts, store uploaded assets, distribute the app, process platform purchases if paid features are offered, and moderate shared content. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Sharing and visibility

Puzzles are not public by default. A puzzle is shared only when you take an affirmative sharing action. Recipients may be able to view the shared puzzle while the share is active. You can revoke shared puzzles where the app supports revocation.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. Local puzzles remain on your device until you delete them. Shared puzzle records remain until deleted, revoked, expired, or no longer needed to provide the service, subject to legal obligations.

You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting app@puzzlegram.app. We process deletion requests within 7 days unless a legal hold or security obligation requires longer retention.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted storage where supported by our providers, and least-privilege operational practices. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

Puzzlegram is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate deletion steps.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
